ATV Operator Training -
The ATV Operator's Course is a one-day program designed to train the operator in the safe and efficient use of an all terrain vehicle. The course includes both classroom and practical training. Students will learn about OH&S requirements, pre trip inspections and PPE requirements. Practical skills include traversing side hills, uneven terrain, accelerating, braking, banking as well as loading and unloading. This course is essential for the benefit of both industrial and recreational ATV operators.
Must have own ATV and ATV Personal Protective Equipment
Class Duration 6-8 hours
Confined Space Entry Level I -
This course gives participants the opportunity to receive the advanced means and knowledge to correctly identify a confined space, and the hazards, equipment and preparation required to meet the legislation. The focus is aimed at educating rescue teams or personnel working in confined spaces of their responsibilities in a confined space situation, beginning with Confined Space Legislation.
Participants learn how to identify a confined space, how to prepare for entry, how to test and measure the atmosphere, how to identify the physical hazards and what protective equipment to wear. Qualifications and responsibilities of workers prior to entry are spelled out and the necessary permits reviewed.
No PPE required
Class Duration – 8 hours
Confined Space Entry & Rescue Level II
This course gives participants the opportunity to receive advanced means and knowledge to safely retrieve fallen workers, and is aimed at training rescue teams or personnel working in confined spaces. The emphasis is placed on equipment and techniques that enable them to quickly implement an efficient rescue in a variety of possible situations. Topics covered and practiced are rescue procedures and planning, as well as the sequence of events and rescue equipment needed by both the rescuer and casualties.
Class Duration – 16 hours (includes level I)
PPE required includes coveralls, work boots, gloves, eye protection and appropriate clothing for weather conditions.
Driver Assessment -
Our driving assessment will assist in ensuring employee’s driving company vehicles are competent vehicle operators. Our assessment will identify driving strengths and weakness in individual operators and provide documentation of the assessment to help minimize the potential for vehicle related incidents.

Fall Protection Industrial -
This course gives participants the knowledge to correctly identify the hazards, equipment and preparation required to meet the legislation for working form an elevated work area. The focus is aimed at educating both employees and supervisors who are working at heights, beginning with Fall Arrest Legislation.
Participants learn how to identify anchor systems, restraint systems, how to identify the physical hazards and what protective equipment to wear. Qualifications and responsibilities of workers prior to entry are spelled out and the necessary permits reviewed.
No PPE requirements
Class Duration – 8 hours (Prerequisite for Rescue)
Fall Protection & Rescue Industrial -

WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Material Information System) -
Class Duration – 4 hours
TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) -

CANCELLATION POLICY (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Safety Source requires 48 hours notice of any cancellation for all scheduled training courses. Credit Card and/or full payment is required to guarantee space in the class. If the 48 hour notice is not received, the charge for the scheduled course will be applied to the credit card provided upon registering. Should a credit card not be available full payment is required prior to course date to guarantee registration. No exceptions. For all sponsored students that do not provide 48 hour notice, the sponsor company will be invoiced for the cost of the training course.
